Thanks to ABI for taking my ph call and helping me to select the right tapware for an outdoor bath. LOve it.

Works well but could be improved if the rubber blade was a little softer, it is very stiff and inflexible making it squeak on the glass, sounds like it is doing damage. Maybe in time and with use it will soften up 🤞 However, it does look good, is a good size and the holder works well on the wall and it matches my Yabby shower rose beautifully.

Our handles have just been installed but so far so good! Looking very nice against the cabinetry.

The finger tiles look so amazing around our fire surround. Beautiful natural travertine in such a modern concave finger tile shape. ABI customer service is always second to none. We are on a fifth bathroom reno and second kitchen reno. I don’t buy tap ware or bathroom supplies from anywhere where else.

The build quality on these is top-tier, but the real feature is the immediate personality shift. The second these went on the kitchen doors, I couldn't just open a cupboard normally anymore. I have to extend my pinky finger and look incredibly aristocratic just to grab a coffee mug. Highly recommend if you want your kitchen to feel 400% more upscale than it actually is.

They smudge easily.. always look dirty. While the design is once, the finish needs work.

Quality of the components appears ok. That said, they always look dirty as they smudge really easily, even after using a polish cloth they still dont look like they do out of the box. Getting the temperature right is also a bit tricky- am sure we will get used to it eventually though.

Look to be honest I like the product and how it looks, I don’t enjoy the fitting part as it’s almost a mortise lock so a bit of time involved in drilling them.

The first order 5 out of 6 handles had dents in them. They were replaced however the new ones were a different model and make, and screw holes were in different place so didn't fit prefilled holes already drilled. We had to go back again to get the original model. Lots of headaches for us but ABI rectified it quickly. We are however happy with the product.

While delivery was a little slow nearly missing installation date !!, we are very happy with the product …the shower is great and mixer makes getting temperature perfect. You cannot adjust water flow however with this progressive type mixer.

The tap looks lovely and works fine, but it leaks slightly from around the attachment at the end where the water comes out. If I had the time and energy I would ask for a replacement/refund, but would then also need a plumber again. It was easy to order and the product was delivered quickly as promised.

A lovely piece, love the colour. Unfortunately it marks really easily with wet spots etc. I wonder if there’s a good cleaning product that gets rid of the spot marks. Has happened to all my ABI copper fixtures fittings after a month of using

Didn't need a plumber to install the spray attachment, was super easy to install and it makes the tap work way better. By default it's on normal tap mode and slide button and it's on spray mode. Makes cleaning the sink way more efficient.

Good you can buy spare parts separately

First, only a few of the more attractive soap dispensers will fit on this bottle holder. My first two choices and a few I already had did not, as the screw on top is very restricted. Second, I was extremely disappointed to find that the product had been reduced in cost by about half a week after I received my order!

Helpful Colour Selection Tool

After much research online and in stores we decided on the Miska Thin Edge round basin, which in a matte finish looks absolutely amazing. I was a little worried about whether a matte finish would show marks more than a gloss finish but after many weeks of use I can confirm that isn't an issue. Couldn't be happier. Seamless online ordering from ABI Interiors and the basin arrived well packaged and in good time.

High Quality sink, worth the price tag

All good. Leverage of a long rack means you can't treat roughly of not fixed to wood. Plugs supplied were unsuitable for a jib install.

Excellent products.

These exceeded our expectations. They are really heavy, and beautiful to hold. We get lots of compliments on them, and with the beauty of hindsight wish we had used ABI handles for all our internal joinery hardware. Would definitely shop here again. We are loving our 3-way filter tap. Having the water filter integrated with the tap is such a great idea and is very sleek. Unfortunately, the 3-way filter tap doesn't come with the pull-out nozzle attachment, but I love not having to have a separate water filter.
