Return Enquiry
To start a return for an order placed on abidirect.shop, email contact@abidirect.shop with your order number, the items involved and the reason for the request. Include photographs if the product arrived damaged or differs from the description. Our team will provide the next steps and an authorized return destination when applicable.
Do not ship a return to an address shown on an archived page or to the Houston business mailing address. The former New Zealand returns portal is not in use.
