Returns for Change of Mind
This policy applies to purchases made directly through abidirect.shop. Contact contact@abidirect.shop with your order number before sending any item. We will confirm eligibility and provide an authorized return destination; do not send returns to the Houston business mailing address.
Eligibility
Unused, uninstalled products in original, undamaged packaging may be returned within 60 days of dispatch for a refund of the product price, excluding original shipping charges. Eligible returns received within 90 days of dispatch may instead qualify for store credit. Clearance, discontinued, custom or special-order items, color samples and spare parts are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Large-format tiles and flooring require prior approval; contact us before arranging freight.
Return shipping and refunds
For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for tracked return shipping to the destination we confirm. Please protect the original packaging and do not attach labels to it. We inspect returned goods and normally process an approved refund or store credit within 14 business days after receipt. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us with photographs and the order number so we can review the appropriate remedy. Applicable legal rights are not limited by this change-of-mind policy.
